A thirty-minute lift that lasts two years.

Thread lifting uses dissolvable PDO (polydioxanone) or PLLA (poly-L-lactic acid) threads inserted under the skin to physically lift sagging tissue and stimulate long-term collagen production. How much does thread lifting cost in Busan?
At JRYN Seomyeon, thread lifting starts at ₩50,000 for 10 Ultra V mono threads (skin texture). Facial cog threads are ₩100,000 each (Mint, Concertina, Jamber). Silhouette Soft is ₩700,000 for 2 threads. Premium Aptos NAMICA 10 threads is ₩3,000,000.
How long does thread lifting last?
Dissolvable threads (PDO) typically last 6–12 months, but collagen stimulation continues for 12–24 months. PLLA threads (Silhouette, Aptos) last 18–24 months. Most patients do maintenance once per year.
Is thread lifting painful?
We apply local anesthesia at insertion points. During the procedure, you'll feel pressure but minimal pain. Post-procedure, mild tenderness for 3–5 days is normal, especially when smiling or chewing.
What's the recovery time?
Expect 3–7 days of mild swelling and possible bruising. Tiny entry points heal within a week. You can return to work within 1–2 days but should avoid strenuous exercise, dental work, and facial massages for 2 weeks.
Who is a good candidate for thread lifting?
Best for patients aged 30–55 with mild-to-moderate skin sagging who want lifting without surgery. Not ideal for very thick skin, severe sagging (face lift better), or patients on blood thinners.
Can I combine threads with botox or filler?
Yes. A typical combination: threads for lifting + botox for muscle relaxation + filler for volume. We usually do botox/filler first, then threads 2 weeks later for optimal integration.
Do you offer English-speaking consultations?
